The Liceo de Cabuyao Cultural Arts ensemble with Theatre Arts Club(Sining Agape ni San Policarpo), Dance Club (Licean Metamorphosis) in cooperation of the Student Body Organization(SBO) and Administration Parents Teachers Association (APTA) will present an experimental contest to be acted by the selected students/members of the said group entitled TATLUHAN “A DRAMAFEST (Salpukan ng mga Dula)” as part of the celebration of our school’s 2008 Foundation Festivities

- must be understandable, much appropriate & relevant to the theme

- uniformity, noise reduction and a good proper management
4. Best Choreography & Scene Shift
- dances & scene shift management
PRODUCTION STAFF AWARDS
1. Best Stage Crew Manager
- serve as a voice of work (crews - props orderly managing)
2. Best Stage Manager
- assistant director & manage the flow of drama sequence(cast & props, etc.)
3. Best Musical Scorer
- musical & other sound effects operation
4. Best Technical Director
- lights & special effects management
5. Best Wardrobe Mistress/Master
- manage the casts costume/s & other shirt (T) materials

MECHANICS:
1. The group must be composed of students & teachers, male & female combination.
2. The script written should be a semi-musical type pattern of play.
3. The group will perform the play relevant to the theme “PANANAW: Pangarap at Pag-asa Tungo sa Pagbabago” and a time limit of 40-45 minutes per performance will be observed
4. Every minute excess will give a point deduction to the total score for the Best Play & Best Production Staff.
5. Pyrotechnics materials for special effects are not allowed. Props and costumes are included in the criteria for the Best Technical and Wardrobe master/mistress
6. The awarding committee reserve the right to disqualify groups who fail to comply with the said rules
7. Criteria of judging for the performers and staff will be scale from 1-10 by the judges and also the poster design.
8. The announcement of winners will be officially given by the chief judge or the awarding committee to the group/performers who will earn the highest score for the performance/play
CONTEST PROPER:
1. Groups will have their draw lots to determine the order of performance
2. Each group will be given 45-50 minutes to perform, included props handling and stage design for the play. The timer starts once the emcee has finished introducing the group and the crews start to manage the stage for the performance.
3. When the final minute is over, an alarm will be indicating that their playing time is over.
4. No clapping/until the group finish the play
5. Aside from the Actors/Actress awards, special award will also be given for the Best production staff/Best Group.
